Dr. Chase M. Williams
Dr. Chase M. Williams grew up in Cedar City, Utah. His Father was a dentist and he knew from a young age that he wanted to follow in his dad’s footsteps. Chase spent countless hours is his Dad’s office watching and learning about teeth. After completing his Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology/Zoology from Southern Utah University, He moved his lovely wife, Teresa, to Omaha, Nebraska where he attended Creighton University School of Dentistry. During his second year of dental school, Dr. Williams’ father, Tracey, unexpectedly passed away.
This altered Dr. Williams’’ dream of working with his dad. Chase worked extra hard in school from that point on and graduated #1 in his class in May 2007. Dr. Williams and his family moved back to Cedar City, Utah to start his dental practice and to continue the tradition of excellence in dentistry that his father had started. Chase and his wife Teresa have two beautiful daughters, Ashlyn and Alyssa, and twin boys, Brock and Brevin.

Dr. Jeff M. Williams
Dr. Jeff M. Williams started his dental journey working as a lab technician for his father, Tracey L. Williams DDS, in the late 90’s. After his father passed away in 2004 he pursued a degree from Dixie State University in Dental Hygiene. After receiving an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Jeff returned to Cedar City to work for his brother Dr. Chase M. Williams DDS. While working as a hygienist, Jeff continued his education and went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene with an emphasis on restorative dentistry where he became board certified in dental restorations. While utilizing his certification by teaching as adjunct faculty at Dixie State University, it furthered Jeff’s passion for dentistry. Having a desire to continue his education, he applied to dental school and was accepted by West Virginia University.
Jeff, his wife Amilyn, and their daughter Lainee moved to West Virginia where they lived for four years while attending dental school. During the first semester of dental school, they welcomed their son Harvey. Jeff graduated from West Virginia University in 2018 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery and returned to the family practice in Cedar City, Utah.
